1. Determine project roles, responsibilities, and deadlines for each team member
2. Make sure that the project is being completed effectively on time and budget
3. Coordinate changes and be willing to adapt if necessary
4. Keep teams committed, motivated, and productive throughout the project
5. Create reports for upper management that the project has achieved its objectives.
Required Experience/ Personality Skills:
1. Excellent communication and organizational skills
2. 3-5 years of prior experience in project management is desired
3. Able to travel; Flexible schedule
4. Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
5. Fluent written and spoken communication in English
6. Computing Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other instructional supporting tools.
